DLCO-EA would like to extend the invitation for qualified suppliers, service providers and contractors to submit their company profile for vendor prequalification. This aims to identify reliable vendors who can supply goods, works and services to DLCO-EA efficiently.

Vendor requirements:
i. Company profile
ii. Valid business license
iii. Tax Identification Number
iv. VAT Certificate
v. Competency certificates (if applicable) and relevant experience
vi. Bank statement for the past six months.
Note: DLCO-EA will conduct due diligence on the companies that will be prequalified before being included on the vendors list.
Submission:
The vendors are required to submit filled prequalification forms which can be downloaded here and offer statements to DLCO-EA Headquarters Registry Office in person or send by e-mail to director@dlco-ea.org by January 10, 2026 at 16:30.
DLCO-EA reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
