The Desert Locust Control Organization for Eastern Africa (DLCO-EA) is a regional organization established in 1962 through an international convention signed by the Governments of Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. The organization is mandated to manage migratory pests to ensure food security in the region.
DLCO-EA hereby invites qualified and interested companies to submit applications for vendor pre-qualification for the years 2026 and 2027.

Design and printing of banners of different types and sizes, table signs, flags of different countries, leaflets, calendars, and Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials, etc.

- Company profile
- Valid business license
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- VAT Certificate
- Competency certificates (if applicable) and relevant experience
- Bank statement for the past six months from the date of this advertisement
